Every human being loves good food. Being a certified Food Technologist and a man who loves to eat the finest food available, I just had to put together a list of my favorite International cuisines. Here are the 6 most popular ones in the world according to me...

6. Japanese Cuisine seems to be rising in popularity these days. More and more Sushi bars and restaurants are starting up all over cities like Las Vegas, Chicago, Boston and New York.

Globally too, you will find that Japanese food is fast becoming among the top 5 International cuisines in the world. India, Malaysia, Thailand, Sweden, Germany, UK, and several other countries are showing a big surge in demand for Japanese food during the past few years.

In Mumbai (India) there are many Japanese restaurants too. In fact, the popular Sizzler food chains are Japanese cuisine but most people do not know that Sizzlers are popular (and originate) in Japan.

I had a friend who was in Las Vegas recently and it seems that there are dozens and dozens of Japanese food restaurants, bars and other eateries there.
